Back Release Yoga

This 45-minute class was designed for those with back issues. This class will build strength, flexibility and protection for the back. We will focus mostly on floor work. We have modifications for each asana, so this class is open to everyone, regardless of your familiarity with yoga or your current flexibility.

Hip Opener Yoga

This 45-minute class will help you build flexibility in your hips. After warming up with a few standing asanas, we will focus mostly on floor work. We have modifications for each asana, so this class is open to everyone, regardless of your familiarity with yoga or your current flexibility.

Restore & Strengthen

This 45 minute all levels class will increase flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance. This all levels class focuses on thoughtful,  low-impact movement. Each class will include a core strengthening segment and mindful breathing.

All Levels Yoga  & Meditation w/ Kelly

Kelly ‘s speciality is linking the physical body to the energy body (Chakras) and thus the emotions. She has studied under Pranic Healing Master Hector Ramos, Metaphysical & Reiki Master Joyce Rennolds, Yogini Mimi Adeogba of Swadhyaya Yoga School, Yogini Laura Clower of Soulful Yoga and SUP. Kelly believes in self empowerment and loves to assist people in deciphering their personal patterns and coding to promote healing. As a result, she guides her clients into rediscovering authenticity & unconditional love of self.

Restorative Hour

This class focuses on restorative and rejuvenating poses. Practitioners are taken through a planned series in which each pose builds on the previous asana. These deeply restorative poses improve flexibility and range of motion. This will help to de-stress the body and mind, encourage relaxation and a better night’s sleep. This hour long class is appropriate for all levels. If you have been looking for a gentle place to begin (or re-ignite) your yoga practice, this is it!
